IRONMAN Maastricht-Limburg.

This sh@#* just got real again. Signed up this morning for IRONMAN Maastricht-Limburg in my quest to get back to Kona in October.

While I am on, a quick update.  I have pulled back from coaching with A1 for a while.  I just haven’t the time at the moment.  But there are great things going on over there and really worth checking out.

For all my fellow Ironmen / Ironwomen and potential Ironfolk, I would also highly recommend an article by Rob Cummins of www.tricoach.ie. (and it’s not just because I get a few mentions J). He has contacted quite a few experienced Irish Ironmen and compiled their views on training and racing.  Rob pulls all their comments together very nicely and in a very readable way. Well worth a read.
